From first day induction, ongoing training and education start via innovative and accessible online training videos which support a genuinely diverse workforce. These training modules include our standard operating procedures and additional training relating to our company accredited quality, environmental and OHS management systems.

This technology tool offers flexibility to our Managers and Supervisors and helps with site inductions and toolbox training. We continually review and develop new training modules to enhance our service delivery further. This is supported by ongoing formal training sessions, team handbooks, general supervision and communication.

Maxima employs an in-house Risk Manager, who takes a stakeholder approach in servicing our clients.

We have a comprehensive Preventative Program to ensure we manage our workplace health and safety and risk with:

We fully comply with all government legislation and have $20 million public liability insurance along with $10 professional indemnity insurance.

Our maxima Services Health and Safety Management Systems are fully-accredited to ISO 45001:2018 standards. We have an excellent safety record and are committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all our team members.

On joining our Maxima team from a new employee’s induction to what we hope will be a long-term engagement, they are well supported. Documented policies and procedures sit behind our commencement safety training and drive the delivery of ongoing training and education.

We customise all site plans and engagement to suit each site and our client’s needs. Our priority is the safety of our team, our clients and their staff and customers.
